All content included on this site—including but not limited to garment designs, photography, graphics, logos, and "clinical/industrial" brand motifs—is the exclusive property of ASYLUM.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
• Use of our "hero products" or imagery for commercial resale without express written consent is a violation of these terms.
3. Product Authenticity & Hand-Craftsmanship
As our garments are hand-sewn and produced in limited architectural runs, slight variations in texture or finish may occur. These are not defects but markers of the artisanal process.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of a collection) at any time.
• Availability: We may, in our sole discretion, limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors to maintain brand equity.
5. Shipping & International Orders
Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. ASYLUM is not responsible for international customs fees or delays caused by carrier services. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the recipient.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature and limited production of our collections:
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
